How to find the account ID

Paste a Facebook profile or Page link. A profile.php?id=123456789 link already contains a number that can be extracted without a network request.

Click Find account ID. If a matching numeric ID is available, copy the complete number with the Copy button.

Understanding this identifier

An ID extracted directly from your link is labelled unverified. Facebook app-scoped IDs may differ from public profile IDs, so check which identifier your integration needs.

Common questions

Will every profile work?

No. A supported numeric identifier must be available in the public response. This free tool cannot guarantee results for every account.

Does an ID prove who owns the account?

No. An ID is an account identifier, not identity verification, an account recovery code, or proof of ownership.

Can I paste only a username?

Yes. Choose the correct platform first because the same username may belong to different accounts on different services.
